Returns and Refunds
We believe in our products and and confident that you will love them as much as we do. However, if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product and we will be happy to process your returns and refunds as soon as possible.
Please note our returns policy is normally generous but to be eligible for a return there are following exceptions
- You have to return the product within 5 calendar days of your delivery.
- The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 5 calendar days have passed, then we have the right to decide if you are eligible for a refund.
Procedure for Return
To help us expedite your return request, please follow the simple steps listed below.
- Send us an email at [email protected] to let us know that you plan to return the product.
- Be sure to include your Order Number in the email you will send us
- We will reply to your email to confirm that we have received your request and to answer any questions that you may have.
- Ship the items back to us, including your order number. We cannot process a refund request until the product is shipped back to us.
- Pack the items carefully to avoid damage in transit.

- For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of loss.
Who will pay for Returns Shipping?
We regret that return shipping fees are not refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Once we will receive your item, our order fulfillment team will inspect the product and process your refund.
- We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Most refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
- The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
- For credit card payments it may take 5-10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Note: Only products purchased through our online store, TheAutofy.com, may be returned for refund or exchange. If you wish to return an item purchased through our shop, you should attempt to return it directly at our fulfilment centre. We have a generous return policy and we should be able to offer you either a full refund or an exchange.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us for a refund and make a new purchase for the item or items you want to buy from our store.
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we may not be able to cancel or make changes to your orders. If you want to cancel your order please send us an email at [email protected] and we will let you know whether we can accept your order cancellation request or not. Please note that if order is already prepared, packaged and shipped then we will not cancel your order so we will appreciate if you can send us order cancellation request as early as possible.
When your order arrives, please inspect the package carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is possible for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the product(s) during the shipment, please notify us immediately at [email protected]. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box or pouch, packing materials and the damaged items in order to return the product to us.
