Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do. All orders of or above Rs. 20000 enjoy free delivery.

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The charges can vary according to your shipping address and the weight of your package.

How long would it take for me to receive my order?

Though we will always pack and prepare orders for shipment within 3-5 business days, the speed of delivery will depend on your distance from our store in Lahore, and the Shipping Provider and Method that you select. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Do you ship orders during weekends or national holidays?

We ship our orders out Monday through Friday, with the exclusion of national holidays. Orders received over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

What shipping methods are available?

It is important for us to provide our customers with delivery methods that are economical, reliable, and efficient. To that end, offers our retail customers different shipping methods. Which method is available to you will depend on your shipping address and the weight of your package.

Which locations do you deliver to in Pakistan?

We deliver our packages in 400+ cities and towns of Pakistan.

Can my order be delivered internationally?

We currently do not ship outside Pakistan.

What can I do if the package is not delivered?

We use tracking information to provide you and us with real time information on the status of your order. If you believe that your package has gone missing, please follow these trouble-shooting steps before you contact our Customer Service

  1. If you are a registered customer then log in to your account on TheAutofy.com and check your order status on Orders page.
  2. If your order is marked as ‘Shipped’, then you can track your order using the tracking number in case if your package is still in transit or if a delivery was attempted but not completed.
  3. Check your invoice carefully to ensure that you entered your shipping address correctly.
  4. Packages are sometimes in an unexpected location, e.g. in the mailbox when you were expecting them to be at the door or vice versa. Inspect the entire delivery area and front and back doors (if applicable) to make sure your package is not hiding in plain site.

Who is your delivery partner?

We partner with Leopards Courier for delivery throughout Pakistan.

Can I modify my delivery address?

Once the order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address. You have to cancel the order and re-order the product with the correct address. The payments, if you have already made, will be refunded to you as per refund terms and conditions.

What should I do if my package is damaged?

If you received your order damaged, please notify us immediately at . Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items in order to return the product to us.
