Can I return an item ordered through ?
Please note our returns policy is normally generous but to be eligible for a return there are following exceptions.
- You have to return the product within 5 calendar days of your delivery.
- The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after calendar days have passed, then we have the right to decide if you are eligible for a refund.
How can I return an item ordered?
To help us expedite your return request, please follow the simple steps listed below.
- Send us an email at [email protected] to let us know that you plan to return the product.
- Be sure to include your Order Number in the email you will send us
- We will reply to your email to confirm that we have received your request and to answer any questions that you may have.
- Ship the items back to us, including your order number. We cannot process a refund request until the product is shipped back to us.
- Pack the items carefully to avoid damage in transit.

- For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of loss.
Who will pay for Returns Shipping?
We regret that return shipping fees are not refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
When will I get my money back?
Once we will receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect the product and process your refund. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Most refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt.
How will I get my refund money back?
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
How long do I have to initiate my request for a refund?
You can initiate your request for refund or replacement within 5 days of delivery.
Do I have to return all products in my order?
No, you do not have to return your whole order. It is fine just to return certain products.
