How long will it take me to get my order?

Though we will always pack and prepare orders for shipment within 2-4 business days, the speed of delivery will depend on your distance from our store in Lahore, and the Shipping Provider and Method that you select. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your purchases with one of the following payment options.

  • Direct Bank Transfer
  • Cash on Delivery

If you are placing your order by directly visiting our store in Lahore, you can pay us via cash as well.

How can I check the status of my order?

We know you can’t wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. You can also see the current status of your order by login into your account area.

Can I exchange my order?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us and make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our site.

What do I do if my order is damaged?

If you received your order damaged, please notify us immediately at . Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items in order to return the product to us.

How do I cancel my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we may not be able to cancel or make changes to your orders. If you want to cancel your order please send us an email to us at and we will let you know whether it is possible for us to accept your request or not. Please note that if order is already prepared or shipping then we will not cancel your order.

Can I buy everything that’s available in store?

You can buy most things however there are some exceptions such items can be out of stock.

Are the products automatically reserved for me as soon as I put them in the shopping cart?

No, the products are only yours once you have completed the order.

Can I order over the phone?

No, you can only order online through our website.

Can I order products which have been sold-out or make a pre-order?

Sold-out products can no longer be ordered. Pre-ordering is also not possible.

What happens when the product I ordered can no longer be delivered?

It is possible as an exception that the products you ordered can no longer be delivered. If this occurs, we will reimburse your payment.
