Yes, we do. All orders of or above Rs. 20000 enjoy free delivery.

Though we will always pack and prepare orders for shipment within  3-5 business days, the speed of delivery will depend on your distance from our store in Lahore, and the Shipping Provider and Method that you select. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we may not be able to cancel or make changes to your orders. If you want to cancel your order please send us an email to us at and we will let you know whether it is possible for us to accept your request or not. Please note that if order is already prepared or shipping then we will not cancel your order.

You can buy most things however there are some exceptions such items can be out of stock.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us and make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our site.

If you received your order damaged, please notify us immediately. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items in order to return the product to us.

Sold-out products can no longer be ordered. Pre-ordering is also not possible.

It is possible as an exception that the products you ordered can no longer be delivered. If this occurs, we will reimburse your payment.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The charges can vary according to your shipping address and the weight of your package.

We ship our orders out Monday through Friday, with the exclusion of national holidays. Orders received over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

  2. If your order is marked as ‘Shipped’, then you can track your order using the tracking number in case if your package is still in transit or if a delivery was attempted but not completed.
  3. Check your invoice carefully to ensure that you entered your shipping address correctly.
  4. Packages are sometimes in an unexpected location, e.g. in the mailbox when you were expecting them to be at the door or vice versa. Inspect the entire delivery area and front and back doors (if applicable) to make sure your package is not hiding in plain site.
